اليوم مثل بقية الأيام نرى أن العالم قد ملأه الشر أكثر

In Harissa there are over 150 workers minimum
* Wages = 150 workers x 400$/month = 60,000 $ / month (if I’m exaggerating at least 50 people work 20,000$/month) if we are talking they get paid minimum wage ( is it possible that someone works for a company over many years and get paid same wage? )

* Electricity= if we say a place like Harissa opens all day 24/7 with AC and Heaters and buildings and restaurants and etc… let’s say they pay 300$/Day x 30 days a month = 9000$/month electricity bill (if I’m exaggerating let’s say 4000$/month) (why so high? how many building are in Harissa Square? average house in Lebanon pays 200-300$/month for electricity)

* Water = People when they visit they have to use washroom (Every time you flush the toilet, you flush money out!) also workers need to wash their hands, drink water, wash dishes, etc…. let us say 1000$/month for water use.

* Priests Clothes that you are talking about = First of all I buy the cheap ones from Jounieh Highway that cost 20$/shirt …. bad material and it tears very quickly and very thin and smells (I wash it every day and iron it, it costs me water and electricity and ironing and time!) so if I was to think about it it’s better to buy a better quality one that lasts and is better instead of keep going to buy some more and waste money and time and water and electricity (we have to think about Nature). (Not to mention I live in Canada if I was to buy one here in a regular store it costs me minimum 60$ & up the very cheap one).

* These items you see at the shop people made them, they need to get paid, there are people that transport them they need to get paid, there are workers need to get paid that sell them, there are operational costs, and you need to make margin to make money and put on the side if there are issues in the AC or the building or a closet breaks or a desk gets old….?! (Simple Accounting Really)
so when you see a shirt in a place like Harissa for 60$ that is very cheap considering what Harissa is offering humanity and its people!

– if you did not understand dearest Joelle let me make it simple:
Wages = 60,000 / moth x 12 months = 720,000$ / year
Electricity = 9000 x 12 = 108,000$ / year
Water= 1000 x 12 = 12,000 / year
Operational Costs / Damages = 50,000 / year
Other (benefits, savings…) = 100,000 / year
— These are simple facts = 990,000 / year total
