O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Mother and fruitful vine, who bore the Son of God while remaining a virgin, assist me in this necessity (mention your request).
O Star of the Sea, help me and show me that you are my Mother. O Queen of heaven and earth, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart to help me in this necessity (mention your request)… for no one can withstand your will: show me by this that you are my Mother.
(O Mary, conceived without original sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. 3 times)

Most compassionate Queen of the Rosary, your promise has never disappointed any hope; rather, you come to do good. Trusting fully in your power, and in union with the Sacred Heart, I beg your intercession for me, and I ask you to obtain for me the rose as a sign that you have heard me.
