Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.

Asking God for mercy is fitting at every hour.
When a person tastes it often in their life,
they return to it again and again, because they feel the good it does them.
It draws back the wandering mind and brings it into God’s presence,
and so we grow used to watchfulness and to union with God in the simplest way.
