Coming soon to Canada
The film on Saint Veronica Giuliani, known as the “giant of holiness”
Sawt El Rab radio, in partnership with the association of the Children of Mary, Friends of Saint Veronica, presents the film on Saint Veronica Giuliani.
After the outstanding success this film has had in Australia, Lebanon and Italy, it will soon be shown in Montreal, Canada,
in four languages: Italian, French, English and Arabic.
It is a monumental film about the life of the great Saint Veronica Giuliani (1660-1727), a major Italian and international production by director Giovanni Ziberna.
The film is a clear call to rediscover the importance of confession, repentance and drawing near to the sacrament of Communion.
Saint Veronica was exceptional
in her burning zeal for the salvation of souls, which she expressed in a life of prayer, mortification, self-giving, humility and hiddenness rarely equalled.
Veronica opens our eyes to sin and its ugliness, to its punishment and consequences, and to the devastation it causes in humanity.
Saint Veronica was united with Jesus in suffering and in the salvation of souls.
This is the heart of her holiness. She reported being taken down to hell seven times, and her testimony forcefully recalls the Church’s teaching on hell, purgatory and heaven.
We encourage everyone to come and see the film on Saint Veronica: we are sure of the great spiritual good that everyone who attends will gain from it.
