Who is Jesus to me?
The Word made flesh / the Bread of Life,
the Victim who suffered on the cross for our sins,
the Sacrifice offered at Holy Mass for the sins of the world, and especially for mine,
the Word I must speak,
the Way I must walk,
the Light I must light,
the Life I must live,
the Love that must be loved,
the Joy we must share,
the Sacrifice we must offer,
the Peace we must spread,
the Bread of Life we must eat,
the hungry one we must feed,
the thirsty one we must give drink,
the naked one we must clothe,
the lonely one we must stay beside,
the unexpected one we must welcome,
the leper covered in sores we must wash,
the beggar we must provide for,
the drunkard we must listen to,
the disabled person we must help,
the newborn we must welcome,
the blind one we must lead,
the mute one we must lend our voice to,
the lame one we must help to walk,
the prostitute we must take away from danger and offer our friendship,
the prisoner we must visit,
the elderly person we must serve.
Jesus is my God / Jesus is my Spouse,
Jesus is my Life / Jesus is my only Love,
Jesus is my everything / Jesus, for me, is the only one.
