The morning is Yours and the glory is Yours, O God,
who have woken us from our sleep;
help us to begin this day by Your grace,
fix our thoughts on You,
and cleanse our hearts of all evil.
May our works be according to Your will,
and may our words and actions be for the glory of Your holy name.
Light our way, O Light of the world,
and keep us from every danger and evil.
O Lover of mankind,
be with us every moment,
so that we may live this day in peace
and bear witness to Your love wherever we are.
